Résumé / Abstract Open-JIP is an open-source chlorophyll a fluorometer used to quantify photosynthetic phenotypes in terrestrial plants and microalgae. It is controlled via a Teensy microcontroller and features highly customisable electrical components and a 3D-printed infrastructure.
